When you try to look into the upper floors of the apartment buildings from the sidewalk, you will find that they are empty. Don't they have owners? Why does no one live in them when the majority of the Czech population is now threatened by insecure housing? The Canadian-Swedish film Depopulated (2019) talks about property owners without a name, properties without tenants and cities without people. After the screening there will be a debate where the Czech context of the issue will be explained.
