After the successful first edition, which focused on fashion and textiles, the HYB4 SWAP series will focus on green exchanges, inspirational workshops, lectures on biodiversity, educational lessons and other handicrafts that belong to spring. You are invited to HYB4 SWAP & KYTKY.
What can you expect?

3pm – 8pm Green Swap
Bring plants that you think will delight others, and in return, take ones that will delight you. In Cirkulární dílna you will find a long table where you can put plants for swapping and from which you can choose green pieces to take home in return.
The maximum number of plants you can take away is set at 5, so that all visitors can enjoy the new plants. Seeds and growing supplies do not count.
3pm – 6pm Creative corner with the Knedlík collective
Clay bead making, seed paper making, wicker knitting, writing messages in pots, space to create and stop on your own.

4pm – 7pm Creative workshop: decoupage (napkin method on pots)
Bring pots to life with an original method. Bring your own ceramic or plastic pots that could use a new decoration. Suitable for children and adults.

4pm – 5pm Culinary workshop: Spring salad of wild herbs
A subtle culinary know-how. Knowing when and how to eat which plant is an art. Learn how to find the most desirable parts of plants and use them in your favorite recipes.

5pm – 6pm Workshop: Production of CBD skin oil
Create your own 100% natural skin elixir with extracts from medicinal cannabis.

6:00pm – 6:30pm Biodiversity in the Czech Republic (CIRAA) - ONLY IN CZECH
The lecture will introduce current trends in sustainable development, planetary boundaries and the challenges of biodiversity conservation in the Czech Republic.
The lecture will be given by Dagmar Milerová Prášková, Manager of the Circular Academy of CIRA Advisory.

5:30pm – 9pm HYB4 Workshop: Vases from Jesmonite and cement
In this workshop, participants will learn techniques for casting various functional objects (e.g. vases or pots) from Jesmonite and cement. We will go through the whole process together, from the creation of a custom mold and pigmentation of Jesmonite, to the actual casting. No previous knowledge or experience is necessary to participate in the workshop. Each participant will be able to take home the finished product.

12pm – 6pm Workshop: Making spring decorative wreaths
Create a wicker wreath decorated with organically grown dried flowers of Czech origin. It will stay beautiful indoors for several years.

2pm – 6pm Children's creative workshop on the theme of flowers
For children aged 4 and up.

12pm – 6pm Charity workshop: bouquet tying
Share the joy you create! In cooperation with the City of Prague Municipality, Department of Environment under the auspices of Deputy Mayor Jana Komrsková and in cooperation with Deputy Mayor Alexandra Udženia, there will be a charity flower tying workshop.
For a donation, you can learn how to tie a decorative bouquet from the instructors from Verbaskum, which you can then take home for 300,- or leave it on the spot for a symbolic 150,- and pass on the joy. All of the flowers left behind will be handed over to the Chodov Senior Citizens' Home to delight the local clients.

6pm – 7:10pm Film Garden - screening of short (not only) animated films
In cooperation with the VOD platform DAFilms we present a series of short films with the theme of gardens and plants.
Lucie Sunkova's charming animated films Suzie in the Garden and The Tree are created using the rare technique of painting on glass. Peter Michal's film About Fences and People brings lyrical images and bustle from the life of a gardening colony, interspersed with scenes of unmaintained gardens, old fences and the never-ending quest to preserve them. Experimental film Traces, Shards, Roots by Květa Chaloupková Přibylová brings an original band of images and sounds enhanced by impressive shots from a 16mm camera.
1pm – 6pm Workshop: Making planters from recycled materials
Come and create pots or boxes from leftover material while learning the basics of working with wood, basic carpentry joints and surface treatment of materials. All materials used are included in the price of the workshop. The workshop is designed for both Czech and English speakers.
