Passionate about sustainability and art? Join us for a creative and eco-friendly art workshop on this week's International Wednesday! Our event features a hands-on art experiment, which allows students to reuse old and unused school supplies, transforming them into unique pieces of art.
By participating, you’ll learn about the environmental impact of traditional art materials and explore ways to minimize waste in art. Bring any old or unused school supplies and a small amount of money for snacks, we’ll provide everything else. The event is led by Restoring Rainbows, a youth-led, non-profit organization that supports art education and reducing waste.
They will also host a discussion about sustainability in art education and exchange ideas on making creative spaces more eco-friendly + cost of art and education in the Czech Republic.
What to bring:
Unused school supplies (let’s give them a second life!)
A small contribution for snacks (if you want!)
