Summer theatre day camp: Become a star of the stage

We invite all little enthusiasts into the world of theatre for a day summer camp where they will get to know what it is like to be part of a theatre team. Over the course of five days, children will learn about different professions — from scriptwriter to actor to costume designer. Together, they will create their own show, which they will present to selected audience on Friday.

🎤 Acting rehearsals and preparation for the grand finale

At the end of the week, the little artists will take to the stage and experience their first public performance in front of their loved ones! Join us and discover the magic of the theater world! 🎭✨

Who is the camp for?

The camp is open to all children aged 8 to 12 years that have a desire to discover and create. They don't need any previous experience in theatre, all they need is enthusiasm and desire to engage in teamwork.

Capacity: 8 children in a group

Program:

Monday: Selection of a suitable topic, proposals for promotion (production of posters and invitations to the final performance)

Tuesday: How to write the script, division of roles

Wednesday: Morning visit to the Museum of Decorative Arts, completion of the script, distribution of roles, costume designs

Thursday: Completion of costume designs and their creation, rehearsal

Friday: Last rehearsal, Afternoon performance and presentation

What to bring?

• Comfortable clothes
• Good mood
• Money for lemonade or other small items from the cafe

Sign up takes place via a Google Form (until 31.5.2025). The camp takes place only if the capacity is filled. We'll let you know in due course.

Necessary information for the application:
• Name and surname of the child
• Age
• Contact email and phone
• Health restrictions (allergies, etc.)
• Previous experience with sewing on a sewing machine
• Statement on the Use of Photographic Documentation for Campus Promotional Purposes
• Information whether the child can leave alone or who will pick him up
• Possible need for an earlier departure (must be reported in advance)
• Scan of a health insurance card
• For foreigners: a language in which it is possible to communicate with the child
